1. The service
Vayico is a digital travel service consisting of an iOS and Android app, website and backend services. It helps with trip preparation, city navigation, itinerary management, place search, offline content, flight information and AI-assisted travel support.
Vayico is not an official tour guide, airline, authority, medical, legal or financial service. Always verify critical information, including flight changes, visa rules, safety notices, opening hours, ticket prices and booking terms with the official source.
2. Account and registration
- Some mobile app features require a user account.
- During registration you must provide a working email address and verify it with a six-digit code.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us.
- You can request account deletion in the app or through the account deletion page.
3. Plans, limits and in-app purchases
Vayico may offer free and paid plans, plus add-on limits. The exact content, limits, price and availability are shown in the app and in the relevant app store.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, currency, tax, refunds and subscription management may also be governed by the relevant store. RevenueCat helps us verify purchase entitlements.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically if you choose a subscription product in the store.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled in your Apple or Google account subscription settings.
- Add-ons can only be used with compatible active base plans if the app indicates this.
- Feature limits may be consumed when you use a feature, even if the AI or partner service response is not perfect.
4. AI features and accuracy
Vayico may use AI for itinerary generation, place search, chat, visual recognition, boarding pass parsing, place background content, audio walk and certain travel recommendations.
AI responses are assistance, not guarantees. They may be incorrect, incomplete or outdated. We do not guarantee that every suggested place, price, gate, flight status, route, opening hour or program detail is accurate at every moment.
5. Maps, GPS, flights and offline content
- Map features may rely on Google Maps and Google Places data, GPS, city data and your saved places.
- GPS accuracy depends on the device, permissions, buildings, weather and network conditions.
- Flight features may use boarding passes, flight numbers, live flight data, estimated timing and offline content. They do not replace airline or airport information.
- Offline materials are pre-downloaded content. They are useful without connection, but may not always reflect the latest situation.
6. Partner offers and external services
The app may include partner links or offers, such as activities, car rental or travel insurance. Booking, purchase, support, changes, cancellation and fulfilment are governed by the partner provider’s terms.
We may receive commission when you use a partner link. This does not automatically increase your price and does not make us responsible for the partner service.
7. Acceptable use
- You may use the app for personal, lawful travel purposes.
- You may not use the service for abuse, automated bulk requests, unauthorized uploads of other people’s data or unlawful content generation.
- You may not bypass, overload, reverse engineer or access the Vayico system without authorization.
8. Intellectual property
The Vayico name, logo, visual identity, app interface, own texts, code and data structures may be legally protected. You may use them only as needed for normal use of the service.
Articles, images, map data and partner content from external sources are governed by their respective rights holders and terms.
9. Availability, changes and liability
We aim to keep Vayico stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network failures, external API issues, store problems or AI provider outages may occur.
We may improve, change or discontinue features and plan contents. We will try to notify users in advance of significant changes.
Using Vayico does not replace your own judgement. We are not responsible for loss caused by failure to verify official information, inaccurate GPS, external provider errors or AI response errors.
